We hope everyone is keeping safe and well. We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued patience and understanding during this period. We would like to apologise for the delay in our communication. We have spoken with St Michaels house today and they have assured us that we will be able to finish out the owed swimming lessons. We hope to do this as soon as possible and as soon as we have a date we will communicate this with everyone. They have also informed us that they are planning a new timetable for their pool which could bring changes to our future timetable. Our priority now is to finish out any owed swimming lessons and hopefully receive a new timetable in the near future.
We have received a high volume of emails, apologies if we have not responded to people individually and we hope that this message answers your queries. Please note that our phone is no longer in use and all of our communication going forward will be via email. When we receive updates from St Michaels house we have always and will continue to communicate this to you in an open and transparent way.
Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their support and remind everyone that we are a small family run business who have been massively impacted by this pandemic. We understand that people are frustrated and so are we. We acknowledge this has gone on longer than anyone has expected but unfortunately it continues to be out of our control. We are not in a position to offer refunds and our priority is to offer the remaining service that is owed.
